Apple Cider vinegar facial scrub

Okay so lately people been asking what i use on  my face... so heres a facial scrub, toner, and moisturizer recipe using products you might have in your kitchen.
What you will need
rag/cloth
bowl
cotton balls
and some type of storage containers(3)

Facial Cleanser
Ingredients
Apple cider vinegar
olive oil
sugar (white or brown)
sea salt
green tea bag

Directions::: so get your bowl and heat up some water for about 2 minutes then add the sea salt and mix until i dissolves. pour that into one of the storage containers you have and mix in the apple cider vinegar about two table spoons of the olive oil. you need about two cups of sugar (remember the sugar is what makes it a scrub so make sure you add enough sugar to coat the liquid) now take the tea bag and open it. do not boil it. pour it in your mixture.
I usually wash my face twice a day morning and night.

Toner
Ingredients
Apple cider vinegar
green tea

Directions::: mix about half cup of apple cider vinegar with another green tea bag. again do not boil the tea bag just open it up and pour in then mix.
I use the toner while my face is still moist and et sit for about a minute then wash.

Moisturizer (night time)
ingredients
oliver oil

directions:::  right after washing the toner off apply the moisturizer with a cotton ball. In the summer i usually do this at night but the olive oil is kinda greasy. but in the winter or chilly days you can use his moisturizer. if you decided you wanna use it in the summer just put a little on your fingers and massage it in.

so thats how i wash my face i hope this helps...  oh yes and remember use warm water.

Hey Girlies... A few days ago i was drinking my green tea while on you tube and seen that people actually used this on they face. so i thought what two products will clean but moisturize my skin.. Green tea and olive oil. so ill start by making a scrub and start applying it three times a week.

    Honey (optional)
    cotton pad (for scrub)
    cup/bowl

add a little bit of water into the cup & place the tea bag in the water
heat up for about 30 seconds
now mix sugar into a cup
    then add the olive oil
now use your fingers to circle around your face with the scrub
leave on for about 5 minutes and wash with warm water.

*use the remaining as a toner.

    day 4... master cleanse

So yesterday I said my skin was clearing up but I spoke too soon. It is actually glowing some but I'm starting to break out just a little. Ive been thinking once I hit day 13 if i was going to continue until day 20. its only a week so I was thinking i can do it. This is a good journey so far and its teaching me a lot about my body and just how I think about stuff. I'm learning discipline and how to deal with things emotionally and mentally. I woke up today with no energy again but throughout the day it became much better. its like 80 something degrees out here in New York and that kinda had me irritated but other than that right now the pepper has my lips burning. Oh yea so yesterday i drunk about 6 cups and today i'm shoot for 8. I'm so proud of myself that I'm sticking to this cleanse. .

Just taking it one day at a time.

    Master Cleanse Day 3

I feel horrible.but I don't think that its from the lemonade. Just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have no energy. hopefully tomorrows better. I'm having a little bit of stomach pains now. I prepared for the day and Pre-made my lemonade before I left home. I made 2 but barely got through one so when I go home I made a cup and a salt water flush and it went down smoothly. My skins seems like its getter clearer.  I'm not really hungry but just seeing the food makes me want it.

end of day two.... Master cleanse

So today I was hungry a little bit more than yesterday. I cheated. yes I cheated. But I actually ate much less than i usually do. Reminds me of a chicken nibbling on food. I drunk more of the lemonade to take up for the food I have eaten. I've been reading and some people say they had headaches, hunger pains, and dehydration. I have been dehydrate today a lot; which has pushed me to drink more water. I actually thought that this diet would be a little harder. now believe me its a challenge, and the hunger is a bitch trying to control her is terrible. But once you start, spend money on the items needed mines well keep going.. now my only problem is the lemonade..... aughhh its horrible. I use less syrup and more pepper and half lemon each 8 oz cup... the salt water flush ill try again in the morning just to get whatever waste out, that the laxative hasn't.

    Day 2 Master cleanse

I woke today had a laxative tea and from then I became very irritated. This morning I tired drinking the lemonade and had a hard time keeping it down. So after the 25 minutes it took to drink this stuff, I finally got it down and proceeded to try the sea salt flush again. The sea salt flush was pretty good. It was real salty, but I was able to manage. I think I put to much pepper in this time because my eyes was watering and it was just over whelming. I thought I can take at least 4 cups down at once and drink the rest through out the day but I lied to myself. That one cup was enough. So ill continue drinking my water and sipping on the lemonade and see how everything goes. Friday is weigh in one. Where I will reveal my current weight as of April 3rd and the current weight of that day..
by the way It was so much easier keeping the liquid down day 1. And so far so good today with the hunger pains. But this process is hard and take a lot of goal setting and self talk.

Chicken pot pie with cornbread topping

Okay so ummm about last week my sister and I  made this chicken pot pie
with cornbread as the crust. it was great. This meal is sweet, juicy, and Fabulous.
lol  It was really a bonding time between me and my sister where we can jut
have girl talk and talk about school and whats going on in her life as well a
teach her how to cook. It takes about 30 minutes to cook, but a hour to prep.
I put it in a regular baking pan. you can go to a local 99 cent store they should
be available three for a dollar. This meal feeds about 8 people.
So I'm put the recipe below and you can alter it to you liking.

1 pack of boneless chicken breast, cut into  pieces
    1/2teaspoon peppered seasoned salt

1 jar (12 oz) chicken gravy
    1bag (1 lb) frozen vegetables
    1/2cup sour cream
    1box of cornbread mix
    1/3cup milk
    2tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    1egg
    2tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese(optional)
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer pan with some
cooking oil (using a nap to cover the pan and the sides)
just so the food won't stick. Sprinkle chicken with
seasoned salt. In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken
over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring
    occasionally, until chicken is brown.
2.Stir in gravy. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to
medium-low; cover and cook about 5 minutes,
stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink
in center. Meanwhile, place vegetables in warm water
if frozen until thawed. Remove chicken mixture from heat.
Stir in vegetables and sour cream; keep warm.
3.In medium bowl, mix cornbread, milk, butter and egg with a
spoon just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Spoon
chicken mixture into your pan. Drop batter by spoonfuls
around edges of warm chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese
     over batter.
4.Bake uncovered 20 to 22 minutes or until
cornbread is deep golden brown. Let stand 5
     minutes before serving.

    spending less money

Have u met a new guy?
Dont have much money to go out and do your hair?
Have you ever wanted a weave?
Have you ever wanted to do it yourself?
    30 dollars the most?
    well well well
QuICK WEAVE is here to save your Friday nights or Saturday club
    nights.
all you need is a wig cap,
    some spirits,
    a comb(rattail),
two packs of weave (whatever to your liking Short, curly, straight)
most hair run between the price of 8.99 to 15.99 even human hair,
and weave bond glue. ( oh and u might need a razor to cut with but in New York if you under 18 the store manage acts like a **** cuz they cant sell it to you cuz u so called "under age" )
wrap your hair or braid it back into cornrolls and grease your scalp so the weave wont itch your scalp.
now take your wig cap and put it on. now take the hair out the package (hopefully you did that already)
and line the hair to your hair line by your neck
add spirits to each line to quickly dry the glue
and keep doing it until you reach your ear.
now is the hard part. (takes sometime getting use to)
okay now your going to go in to a circle, so take the weave and wrap it into a circle until you get to a tiny circle in the middle of your head.
now when you get to the center you need to take some weave in your hand and circle it (oh wait put some glue on it now wrap it) until you get a little bunch like a circle and stick it into the circle you just made.

hope you enjoy and have a great experience.
you dont want to cut get a 10 inch and a 8inch. or a 12inch and 10 inch. however long you want it.

WALA you created a quick weave!!
